If you have all the wedding details worked out and just need a wedding Officiant, we can help. Let us create the perfect Florida wedding experience for couples seeking a hassle-free celebration. We can provide a professional notary or minister to officiate your ceremony anywhere in Brevard County. Be assured that there is a legally binding union so you can officially fill your world with love and joy.

Whether it’s a classic script you’re looking for or a custom script to tell your love story, we can work with you to create the perfect ceremony.

We welcome couples who want to include their own written vows as part of the ceremony. But many choose not to. And that’ ok. Don’t feel obligated. There is no right or wrong way. Go with what feels comfortable to you as a couple.

What is the Process?

We are happy to have an introduction call to make sure you feel comfortable. Once a deposit is made, you can feel confident that your locked in and we will be there at the day and time you requested. Typically, we will reach out about 4-6 weeks before the big day to have a phone or video call to plan the perfect ceremony script with you. After better understanding what you are looking for, we will come back to you with a draft script for your approval. Generally, since we have a good grasp of what our couples are looking for after our planning call, most couples end up having very few changes if any.

We are happy to continue to work over email or even hop on another call to work through any concerns.

We provide a video rehearsal (typically via Zoom) a day or two prior to your wedding to go over what to expect and do a run-through. For an additional charge listed on our a la carte menu, we can provide an in-person rehearsal at your wedding venue for couples looking for the extra reassurance of a face-to-face dry run.

Lastly, after the marriage license is signed, we will then file it for you with the Clerk of Court.
